Payment Options:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cards accepted are shown on the secure payment page after you have confirmed your order.

Payment procedure:

We do not deduct funds from your card until goods are ready for despatch. If a partial order is sent out after consulting the customer, payment will be deducted for items sent only, with outstanding items placed on a back-order list for future despatch.

Prices:

We endeavour to keep prices on our website updated on a regular basis. Should prices have changed since our last update (and prices do fall as well as rise) you will be contacted by e-mail before your purchase is processed. Our price promise within the UK: If you purchase an item from us, and then within 14 days find it cheaper (and in stock) elsewhere, we will refund the price difference. E & OE.

Guarantees:

We guarantee that all new instruments purchased from us will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period of no less than 90 days and up to one year from date of purchase, depending on the brand name of the instrument. (Please ask for details on specific instruments.) This is in addition to the manufacturer's guarantee.

All used instruments purchased from us are guaranteed to remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions include instruments sold in AS SEEN condition, and consignment instruments, which belong to private individuals and are being sold by us on their behalf.

We will repair any guaranteed instruments if found to be defective during the warranty period.

Product Descriptions:

Descriptions and pictures of products on this site are for guidance only - as manufacturers update and improve their products, we cannot always update each description on this site immediately. As long as changes are minor, we will fulfill orders using current products rather than those with the exact description given in these pages. We undertake to inform customers of any major changes in product specifications before fulfilling any orders.

Returns Procedures:

If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with the products you have bought simply return it/them in as new condition within 30 days and we will exchange it, or help you choose a different model, or give you a full refund on the spot, no questions.

Refunds:

Refunds will be given only under the terms of the seven-day approval period as above.

Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties:

All EEC private customers are liable for UK VAT. Non-EEC customers are not liable for VAT but may be liable for import taxes and duties imposed on the goods' arrival.
