The thicker screwed GOLD PLATED reed plates, 1.05mm, as apposed to the usual .9mm, in the Hohner Cross Harp provide greater volume and an especially powerful sound … and allows the player the possibility to bend notes easily The plastic comb has a gold reflective finish for a bright clear tone whilst the satin coated cover plates contrast to give a very classy appearance.
What is MS?
The abbreviation "MS" stands for Modular System. All MS components (comb, reedplates and covers) are compatible with one another, so that parts from different models can be combined to suit the individual requirements of the player. All components are secured with screws, allowing rapid and easy assembly and disassembly.
