This is a 23 treble and 8 bass button 2 voice melodeon. Built in a cherrywood finish, its flat, fast finger board is popular amongst good melodeon players.
A wooden grille sets the instrument off with a single bass end stop to remove the thirds from the chords, supplied with strap and a hard case.
