A "New" banjo to us is this the Californian Irish Tenor Banjo. The CA-4/DX has only 17 frets and this Irish Tenor Banjo is all that you will need to play your favorite Irish Jigs Reels and Hornpipes. Maple ply hoop with a rolled Brass tone ring gives this incredible volume and projection. A 3 piece maple and walnut neck with with inlays in a rosewood fingerboard make this a really comfortable and easy to play instrument.
