A unique banjo custom built to a traditional design and our specification. 17 fret "short scale" this Irish tenor banjo is based on the classic "Mastertone" design. Heavy flat head tone ring, 24 brackets, separate tube and flange, solid block maple rim, double coordinating rods, maple tiger-tail bound resonator and maple neck. Ebony fingerboard inlaid with MOP in a classic traditional design, MOP inlaid headstock with rear facing planetary geared banjo tuners, engraved arm rest, clamshell tailpiece and ebony tipped maple bridge. An exceptional powerful professional banjo with excellent tone and volume. Nickel plated hardware throughout.
