Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of cleared funds from the customer. UK regulations allow the supplier thirty days to dispatch goods. However, The Music Room endeavours to dispatch goods within one working day.
Customers will be advised by e-mail if the item(s) they have ordered are out of stock. An estimated delivery time will be given and the customer may then choose whether to proceed with the purchase or not. Delivery times once goods have left The Music Room are dependent on delivery methods.
Funds will not be deducted from your credit/debit card until goods are ready for despatch.
Your postage and packing charges will be added to your order automatically, taking into account the cumulative weights of several items ordered together.
If you have any preferences for delivery, perhaps next day courier within the UK rather than Parcelforce, or a preferred non-UK shipper, there is a space on the delivery page for you to tell us that preference. You will then be charged accordingly
Faulty goods. You should notify us, by telephone or email within three working days of receiving the goods so we can arrange for replacement or repair.
All mail-order goods are subject to a three-day approval period. They may be returned in their original condition and packaging within seven days for a full refund, minus any postage and packing costs. Upon request we can organise the collection of larger parcels but you are responsible for sending back smaller items.
